How much space is needed for a 360 booth set up?You'll need at least a 10x10' area for a 360 booth to operate smoothly. For larger setups, consider a 12x12' space. This extra room allows the rotating arm to move freely and keeps guests are at safe distance.

Are your inflatables safe?Your child's safety is our number one concern. We chose our units because of their safety features. They are constructed of industry-standard fire retardant vinyl. All bounce houses are state inspected yearly, and we also inspected each inflatable before and after each rental. We tie down the units using the appropriate stakes (18 inches) or sandbags. ADULT SUPERVISION IS A MUST! This will ensure that a few simple rules are followed, and everyone has a FUN & SAFE time! There should be no problems if you adhere to the safety and operating instructions.

Are your Bounce Houses cleaned and sanitized?We are well acquainted with high-level sanitation standards. As moms we are always taking extra precautions to guarantee your family's security. Our cleaning process starts: If dry by leaving the inflatables in sunlight for several hours to capitalize on natural disinfection. We then thoroughly vacuum each inflatable. We finish by using disinfecting cleaning products from top to bottom. Above all else, our primary concern is your safety. If wet we hose down the entire unit then let sit in the sun for 48 hours or until seems are dry to ensure to no unpleasant smell, we then vacuum out all remaining debris and wipe down the entire unit top to bottom with disinfecting products.

Do you deliver, set up & pick up all Bounce Houses?Yes! We deliver and set up ALL of our Bounce Houses rentals. At delivery, we will ask you to show us the setup location. Next, for the power and water source if needed. We will then set up your inflatable. Before leaving, we will inspect all party rental equipment for cleanliness and safety and go over safety rules and weather precautions with you.

Where can Bounce Houses be set up?Bounce houses ideally need to be set up on a flat grassy surface. Rocks, stones, and sharp edges must be cleared out before placing a bounce house on a surface. They can also be set up on cement and in large indoor areas.

Can I pick the unit up?Our staff is required to deliver and set up each unit. This is for the safety of the participants and to ensure a quality functional unit.

How long can I keep the inflatable?We do our best to give you as much time as possible. We strive for 24-hour rentals. Our routes usually begin around 7am depending on the amount of drop offs and pick ups we have. For weekend rentals we usually drop off early Saturday morning and pick up Sunday mid-morning. If you would like additional time let us know and we can try to accommodate that. We also offer Friday drops off for an additional charge.

What is a Foam Party?A foam party is a one-of-a-kind event where guests can dance, play, and have fun with sudsy, bubbly foam that's several feet deep. Foam parties are an incredible experience for kids and adults alike.

Is the Foam safe?Our foam solution is non-toxic and environmentally friendly, so there shouldn't be any irritation if it contacts your skin or eyes. Even kids should be fine playing in the bubbles.

What should you wear to a foam party?You should wear clothes that you don't mind getting wet and soapy. Swimsuits or lightweight, quick-drying clothes that will be comfortable in the foam. A towel would be beneficial to dry off after the foam party and to wipe any foam off of your face during the foam party. If the weather is cold you will want to consider additional layers to stay warm.
